This is the 28–40 North Lakes Drive development near Westfield North Lakes and North Lakes Library. Council identifies it as DA/2026/2021, Lot 81 SP 236568.
What is planned?
Comiskey Group is developing North Lakes Town Centre. Its 14 October 2026 announcement describes a A$180 million mixed-use precinct with a 144-room, nine-storey hotel, dining, shops, wellness facilities and landscaped spaces. These figures are attributed to the developer; we have not independently checked quantities against the final approved drawings.
Approval does not mean construction has started
Council's live DA Tracker shows Determined and lists a Signed Decision Notice (Approval), dated 13 October 2026. We checked the register and document list, not the full approval conditions.
The developer targets early 2027 for construction. Actual commencement, an opening date and confirmed tenants have not been established from the material checked. Check separate notices for any access changes.
